Good place to go with kids or by yourself! Many programs and features, including pool and indoor/outdoor courts. The only downside is that prices are high if you're not buying a long-term membership.
I have only used the facilities to the extent of participating in occasional drop-in futsal on one of the basketball courts. I have however toured all the included facilities and it seems to be a well appointed gym with lap pool, whirlpool, machines, weights, basketball/multi use courts, etc. It also seems to boast a good variety of other amenities such as showers, locker rooms, fitness classes, daycare and more.
This gym is mediocre. It has what you need. The pool is nice. Unfortunately, the AC has not worked since I started my membership, which was over a month ago now. It is the middle of the summer, but it's quite ridiculous that a new AC unit could not be installed in less than a month at such a big facility. As a result, people have been sweating profusely and I got a fungal infection on my neck and upper back from the pad that's used on the squat bars in the weight room. With the AC being out of service for so long, you'd think the staff would be paying more attention to cleanliness than usual. It's a decent facility but it is definitely lacking in some areas.
I really like this place. It's family and neighborhood folk. Nice facilities, clean, well maintained.
Good facility for this small town. Great events for kids and the public throughout the year. Staff could be friendlier, but we ARE in New England ;)
