I do not generally go out of my way to write reviews, but the experience we had at Omer and Bob's was so phenomenal, I am compelled to share it.
I would highly recommend a visit to this store. I went in looking for running shoes because I'm just starting to run and my shins have been hurting. Rob spent about an hour helping me with me checking how my feet and ankles are balanced, and having me run a lap in the store wearing different pairs of shoes. He's very knowledgeable about running and helped me pick out a pair of shoes that will hopefully correct some of the problem I'm having. I really appreciated his patience with all of my questions and for talking with me about the shoes I was interested in. I can't wait to try these shoes out on the trails.

A great store with phenomenal service! The salesman spent at least 45 minutes with me before even placing me in a shoe. He listened and after an extensive review of my running history, put me in the right shoe. I've been running in the new shoes for about two weeks now and have felt reduced pain in the area that was bothering me. I recommend this store without reservation.
Amazing place and so helpful. New to the mountains I was helped and explained to why the snowboard was best for me and then was directed towards some items that were more cost effective for a beginner. Really appreciated the time and patience of the staff!
We have rented bikes in many locals, and there is generally a bit of sticker shock when a rental is taken. Not at Omer and Bob's. The prices were the best we ever have come across and they were for a FULL DAY. no 2 hour or 3 hour rates, just a simple daily rate that allowed us to set off and explore the wonderful NH Northern Rail Trail which literally begins at their doorstep.
I would recommend this business and experience to ANYONE and EVERYONE - not just friends and family.
We rented 3 bikes and a caboose from them during the middle of the week in August 2016. From the initial phone call, to getting the paperwork together and getting the bikes ready for us, every interaction was friendly, professional and top quality. The staff was ready for us when we arrived and took the time to ensure the fit of the bikes to each of our group.
