Great mattress store. Polite and patient staff. Helped me pick a mattress, priced it well, and helped me load it up the vehicle. We were on a very modest budget, but were treated very well, and helped throughout our time in the store. Highly recommended.

This was a terrible experience. We were deceived and not supported in our purchase. And now we're out over $1,200. We decided to splurge above our budget to get a nice mattress. Cautious, we asked if we could return it if needed. At first we were told 'yes, we'll make sure you find the right one'. The one we chose is causing pain and discomfort, as well as keeping us tossing and turning all night. When we called 7 days in, we were told that we had to keep it at least 30 days. Now 30 days in, we were told we can't get a refund and we cannot get a mattress cheaper than we paid. We also can only do ONE exchange, so the one we pick we're stuck with forever. I'm beyond frustrated, and feel like we were misled to in order to make a sale, and now we are out $1200 because we clearly have to buy a new mattress so we're not in pain. I would NOT shop here unless you're absolutely clear you know which mattress you want. Even then, I wouldn't give this business your money.
