The staff is wonderful. I've interacted with Steve, who I believe is the owner, Bobby, and Taylor. They are polite, knowledgeable, patient (with my indecisiveness), and responsive throughout every step of the process (e.g., email, phone, in-store visits).
Amidon and the people there have always been very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help (but without harassing you every 5 minutes to try to sell you everything). My husband and I have each dealt with them for repairs, cleaning, and some purchases and they are upfront and helpful. I also think their prices are reasonable for the beautiful products they have.
I've purchased my fiancee's engagement ring/diamond and wedding band, my wedding band. I've also had some watch repair work done here and we even had my fiancee's engagement band custom made. Smooth sailing at every step, whether a straight forward purchase, rush shipping, finding just the right stone, or simply keeping me updated on when an item would be ready.

I recently did a re-design of my wedding set, as well as sizing, plus had to have a damaged stone replaced in my three stone anniversary ring. Everyone there was extremely helpful - the prices were great - and the work done was exceptional. I'd definitely go back, and would recommend Amidon Jewelers to friends and family - always a good sign!
