Got a response from ever employee I asked for help, lots of good eye contact. Overall a great experience.
There was a long line at the paint counter. The gentleman was doing what he needed to do but he had a difficult customer. After standing there for almost 10 minutes and no one else was served I left, only to see 3 employees gossiping at the front of the store. I understand that they most likely were unable to help with paint but maybe their staff should be able to help in several departments if necessary.
