I got a fan for $5 cheaper than Walmart (exact same model). Great price. Associate was friendly. Deducting one star because it took 15 minutes of me wandering around the store looking for it before an associate asked if I needed help.
My grandmother bought me a Dell laptop from this store in August. I turned it on for the first time and set it up. Once it was done updating, I shut it down and planned to use it the next day for homework. When I went to use it for the first time, I was locked out. It asked for a password that I never created. I tried all the passwords I have, none of them worked. I live over an hour from this store. My grandmother brought it back for an exchange, with the receipt in hand, with the original packaging, and the store wouldn't exchange it. My mom tried bringing it back a second time and they still didn't fix the issue. I spent hours on the phone with Geek Squad, still unsuccessful. I called Microsoft support and an Indian guy who barely spoke English tried to get me to pay $200 to speak with a support technician. I called Dell multiple times. Each time, an Indian male or female who could hardly communicate in English assisted me and asked for $130. Needless to say, the brand new computer is still sitting in the box it came in, untouched, unused, unresolved. This store is a joke. I will never do business with BestBuy again and I will never purchase another Dell product. Customer service is supposed to be at the heart of BestBuy. What a joke.
Mini Best Buy with limited selection. Good helpful staff who will order what you need if the store doesn't stock the item.
Typical Best Buy but customer service here is a bit...rough. Have purchased multiple appliances and other smaller items here simply because there isn't another option in the area. If you have time to drive elsewhere I'd consider it.
Knowledgeable staff. Good electronics selection. Well staffed. Christmas shopping can be hectic here, though.
