This store generally has good clearance items, however, it seems that some products have decreased in their quality of material. Staff is always friendly, they also have a great return policy which is helpful when buying gifts if you misjudge sizes.
I used to love shopping here, but the woman who works in the cosmetic/perfume section has completely ruined my outlook of the shopping experience at this store. I don't know her name, but she is short with grey hair that's always slicked to the side. I honestly have felt violated every time I shop here when this woman is working. She will literally just stand and stare at me as I try on products. To the point where if this were a male worker, I would feel it a form of sexual harassment. It is that bad. It makes me feel that uncomfortable. The last time I was in I believe this staff member was talking to her son and possibly her son's girlfriend. I could see them behind me in the reflection of the mirror I was using to test out a new line of eye cream. I actually saw this staff worker looking at me with disgust behind my back, and proceed to ridicule me with her guests/family members! I refuse to shop at this store anymore (at least for my cosmetic and product needs). I opt instead to shop at a Kohl's out of state when I visit relatives. A night and day experience.

Not the best. The store seems to be understaffed and there needs to be more attention to detail in many areas. The cashier didn't even know enough to remove the security tag from my suit jacket.
