Great quality active wear, clothing, camping, adventure gear and more all available in one store. It is not the largest LLBean but they can always order for you.
News to me they no longer honor lifetime warranty at LL Bean. This LL Bean refused to follow their legendary replacement policy. I am deeply disappointed. Their staff was abrupt and made excuses as to why they could not replace that I know for sure does not match the corporate policy found online. This store does not follow the corporate policies and I am deeply disappointed in the rude staff to top it off. I do not suggest anyone shop here. Eventually I left feeling disappointed in LL Bean as a whole. They have lost a life long customer. Their rude customer service was very unexpected, however, they wouldn't even help me with my inquiry about just repurchasing the products telling me "they may be in the store, just look around"
Store has a great atmosphere and wide selection.
Three words: Life time warranty. They will quickly replace any item for any reason as long as it is LL Bean.
I called this store to order a "last in the company." Other stores didn't answer the phone (or hung up on me right away). Not only did this store answer my call, but even during the busy holiday rush the sales associate answered my call politely, found the item, helped me with my purchase, and gave me additional shipping information in the matter of minutes. I was WOWED by his customer service (and wish I had caught his name).
The employees here have always been friendly and helpful but never too persistent. The clothing is well made and the return policy is very good.
